Adoptee Support Coaching

For those who want to feel secure, seen, and truly know who the f*ck they are.

Being adopted is a lifelong experience, not a single event.

And while everyone’s journey is different, there are some things we all have in common... the questions that never quite go away, the feelings that keep resurfacing, and the deep desire to understand who we are and where we belong.

I know because I’ve lived it.

I was adopted as an infant, and for most of my life, I had no connection to my biological family. That changed in the last five years when I finally found them. This has been an experience that was both life-changing and deeply complex.

Over the years, I’ve also been heavily involved in the adoptee community, particularly during COVID, where I connected with people worldwide who shared the same unspoken experiences and struggles. And for the past year and a half, I’ve been running a monthly adoptee support group in Wellington, offering a space where others can share, process, and just be with people who get it.

That’s why this work matters so much to me. Because I know how isolating it can feel to carry something so fundamental to your identity while the rest of the world doesn’t quite understand.

Adoptee coaching isn’t about fixing anything... because you’re not broken. It’s about giving you the space to explore your experience, process the emotions that keep cropping up, and actually move forward.

Self-understanding – Unpacking your adoption story in a way that helps you make sense of it without judgment or pressure.

Emotional processing – Working through the grief, anger, or confusion that can sit just under the surface, sometimes for years.

Self-worth & identity – Reclaiming your sense of worth and belonging, even if you don’t know your biological roots.

Confidence & voice – Learning to trust yourself, take up space, and be seen for who you truly are.

Living with purpose – Moving from searching to becoming... figuring out what you want from your life and where you want to go.

I’m not here to tell you how to feel or to slap a “healing” label on your journey. This isn’t therapy. This is about taking what you do know and what you do feel and working toward a future where you feel secure, heard, and fully in your own power.
