It’s not just health coaching. This is a whole-person approach to your wellbeing that blends science-backed strategies with deep self-exploration. Through Holistic Health Coaching and Mental Fitness Coaching, I help you shift unhelpful habits, change your relationship with food, and build a sustainable way of living that feels right for you… without rigid rules, guilt, or diet culture B.S.

What is the Body Mind Food Method?

Think of it as a science-backed, non-BS approach to rewiring your relationship with food, body, and self.

Understanding what your body truly needs, ditching from restrictive rules, and building sustainable habits that motivate you.

MIND

Shifting the thought patterns and beliefs that keep you stuck, using tools from ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy), Positive Intelligence, and brain science.

FOOD

Relearning how to enjoy food without stress or shame, whether that means mindful eating, intuitive choices, or feeling more confident in the kitchen.

Through coaching, I support you in exploring the reason behind how certain behaviours keep showing up, how to shift them, and what truly works for you.

What to Expect from Coaching

This is all about you. You decide the focus. I help you navigate it.

  • First Session (1.5hrs) – We dive deep into what’s important to you, your goals, values, and what you want to change over the next 9-12 weeks. We finish with a short focussed coaching session so you leave with clarity and action steps.

  • Weekly Sessions (6-8 weeks) – Each session (1 hr) focuses on what’s most relevant to you. We track progress, shift unhelpful patterns, and work through obstacles. You choose the focus, I help you move forward.

  • Ongoing Support – After the initial weeks, we transition to bi-weekly or monthly sessions—giving you space to implement what you’ve learned while still having me in your corner when needed.

Coaching isn’t linear. Some weeks feel easy, some feel are more challenging. That’s normal. My role is to help you through those wobbles, so you keep moving forward in a way that actually works for you.

(9 Sessions) – $1,615 NZD
