Need a little extra support staying on track? The Body Mind Food Club is here to keep the momentum going. It’s a private monthly membership space (via Telegram) for past or current clients who want continued support, accountability, and encouragement without starting from scratch.

Each month includes:

  • Weekly coaching prompts, tools + inspiration

  • Support via the Telegram group

  • One live group coaching session to reconnect, reset, and refocus

This space is for you if you’re doing the work but want some real-talk reminders and a circle of people who get it, so you’ve got a crew.

Adoptee Support Group

Every 4th Sunday of the Month

A gentle, inclusive space for adoptees of all backgrounds to connect, share, and be witnessed.

Held monthly in Wellington.
