  • Nourish your soul through food freedom and enjoy a life without guilt, fear, or restriction.

It’s a holistic, trauma-informed journey to reset your relationship with food, your body, and yourself. Go on; you’re worth it.

If stress, overwhelm, or self-sabotage tend to take the wheel when it comes to your food choices, this one’s for you. Mind Over Mouth is a practical, mindset-first group programme designed to help you tune into what you really need, so you can stop reacting and start responding.

This course is for anyone who wants information and tools to use to feel better, get motivated, create new habits, or resurrect positive old ones, and for anyone who wants the ultimate toolkit to thrive regardless of what situations life throws at us – physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Every day you will receive an email with a new session along with pre-recorded video or audio of the text, and short exercises (mental, physical, and/or food based) to help you feel great.
