What is Holistic Health Coaching?

Like Te Whare Tapa Whā, the Māori healthcare model The Four Walls of Wellbeing, if one area of your lifestyle and self is unsupported, it affects you holistically. Health coaching takes a physical, emotional/mental, and nutritional approach to empower you to rebuild trust with your body, rewire your brain, and retrain yourself to create sustainable health and nutrition habits you actually enjoy.
